RETURNS/EXCHANGES
PURCHASES AT POP-UP STORES AND EVENT STORES:
Exchange only for items bought in person at an event pop-up store. Exchanges at an event pop-up store are subject to stock availability and will only be accepted if the item is:
-unworn and in a perfect re-saleable condition,
-still has the original tags attached,
-has not been made to order,
-has not been personalised or customised either before or after purchase.
Proof of purchase may also be required.
If the event is over, please contact us at kbleisurewear@hotmail.com within 7 days of the event ending.
Any exchanges after the event is over are subject to the same conditions as above. It is the customer’s responsibility to return any item for exchange by post at their own expense and also to pay for re-shipping. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.
ONLINE PRE-ORDERED ITEMS EXCHANGE (ORDERED FOR COLLECTION AT AN EVENT POP-UP STORE):
Once collected, pre-ordered items can only be exchanged (if you wish to cancel your order, see next section). Exchanges can be made at the pop-up store within 7 days of collecting your order. Any exchange is subject to stock availability and will only be accepted if the item:
-is unworn,
-is in perfect re-saleable condition,
-has not been personalised or customised before collection,
-has the original tags attached.
Exchange is not allowed on any pre-ordered item that has been personalised or customised after collection.
For pre-ordered merchandise that has been specifically made to order, any such items that are accepted for exchange are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If an item is being made to order, this detail will be on the individual product page.

If you change your mind about a pre-order made online you can cancel your order within 14 days of:
- receiving your order by post, or
- collecting your order at a pop-up store
Please contact us at kbleisurewear@hotmail.com for a Cancellation Form if you wish to cancel your order. Items covered under this 14 day cooling off period can be returned for a refund provided the item:
-is unworn and in perfect re-saleable condition,
-still has the original tags attached,
-has not been made to order,
-has not been personalised (or customised) prior to, or after collection,
-is returned with 14 days of cancelling your order.
All items in the order must be returned including any free items received as part of a promotion or offer.
For merchandise that has been specifically made to order, any returns of pre-ordered items accepted for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If an item is being made to order, this detail will be on the individual product page.

ORDERS FOR POSTAL DELIVERY
Orders on this site for postal delivery are posted from Great Britain. Please note that in certain countries, local taxes and/or import duties may be payable on receipt of your postal order. You may also be charged an admin fee by the postal carrier/courier. These taxes and/or duties, and admin fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be calculated or charged at checkout.
OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS
The following are excluded from any offers or discounts:
- embroidery personalisation and customisation
- print personalisation
- made to order merchandise
Any discounts and offers are valid for the time period specified in the discount/offer details, however we reserve the right to withdraw or cancel a discount or offer at any time, and without notice.
Multiple discounts cannot be used at checkout - only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.
Discounts and offers cannot be applied retrospectively to an order - please make sure you have applied the correct discount or offer code prior to check out. If the discount or offer is automatic, it will be applied in your cart.
If you have availed of a discount or offer and would like to amend your order after the discount or offer has expired, the discount or offer will not apply to any amendments to your order.
If you would like to amend your order to add any items to your order before the discount or offer has ended, there is an amendment limit of 100% of your original order total.
